ios 6 on the new iphone!
With the next-generation iPhone’s announcement and release approaching for next month, one of the most present rumors is a larger, nearly-four inch display. A larger iPhone display has always been at the top of many iPhone user wish-lists, and it appears that the next iPhone will fulfill that.

is this the real new iphone 2012?
I was skeptical about the rumored next generation iPhone's design. The two-tone unibody enclosure shown in crappy videos didn't say anything to me. Then I saw these renderings, using the allegedly leaked parts as reference.
Now I'm starting to love it.While the current iPhone 4 and 4S gets me back to the 70s--specially with my JackBack on—the new iPhone 2012 reminds me of the 80s. The two-tone black anodized aluminum reminds me of the old AV Sony designs of the era—like their first CD player.

Back
But while its general design spirit seems 90s, the perforated grills flanking the new nano-dock port are so simple and neat—their clean precision screams high tech.
Front
The front is just glass, like it always have been. Putting the camera centered with all the elements of the front—speaker grill, screen and home button—is a small change that makes all the difference.
Apple’s iOS Simulator Confirms Taller iPhone Display With 5 Rows Of Icons In iOS 6
Apple’s next iPhone is widely expected to feature a larger 4-inch display and slimmer form factor. While speculation has been that Apple will move to a larger display to accommodate the battery required for LTE 4G networking, exactly how Apple will implement a larger display has remained up in the air. Many seem to think that Apple will change the iPhone 5’s aspect ratio to 16:9 to match the taller display. According to new evidence found in Apple’s own iOS Simulator developer app, the iOS home screen can be scaled to fit a taller 640×1136 display with 5 rows of icons.
9to5Mac reports that, “Thanks to some tweaks to the iOS Simulator application that is included in the iOS development tools, we were able to run the simulator at the rumored next-generation iPhone display resolution of 640×1136.” Every iPhone up to this point has had a resolution of 640×960. To accommodate the taller screen size, iOS 6 adds an extra row of app icons to fill the display in the iOS Simulator app. This suggests that Apple has been working on such a layout, and it also lines up quite nicely with the rumors surrounding the iPhone 5’s larger display.

Perhaps even more interesting is that the simulator will not correctly display five rows of icons at resolutions other than 640 x 1136,” notes 9to5Mac. “At other resolutions, the icons will scale to an iPad-like home screen layout, not at the proportions and spacing of the current iPhone and iPod touch display.”
Leaked photos of what is allegedly the iPhone 5 depict a taller and slimmer form factor. Many apps would assumedly have to be tweaked to fit the new resolution properly, but the transition to the 16:9 aspect ratio in the next iPhone shouldn’t be any harsher than when Apple moved to Retina resolution in the iPhone 4.
Apple is expected to unveil the next iPhone to the world on September 12th.

Deep Inside Mountain Lion: 15 Hidden Features in Apple’s New OS
Apple says Mountain Lion -- the latest version of OS X, which it just released a week ago -- boasts more than 200 new features, a daunting number even by OS revision standards. Many of the additions were covered ad nauseum when Apple revealed the OS in June, but now Mountain Lion officially ships, and it’s time to dig into the hidden nooks and crannies of the new desktop experience.
So, while Apple’s servers strain to keep up with the demand of multi-gigabyte OS downloads, take a gander at the tips we found while picking away at the minutiae of OS X 10.8. Just a word of caution before you proceed with your Mountain Lion installation: As with any major update, be sure to back up your data before you take the plunge. Also, if your computer is your main source of income, or if you’re working on a large project, it’s better to wait before updating.

New Apple Designs comming! but when! We say want!!! want!!!
Apple confirms that new models and designs of the Mac Pro desktop are in the works for likely release in 2013 (but they said there’s nothing yet to say about the iMac.)
Even though I’m well aware that Apple’s future lies increasingly with mobile iOS-based devices, it still makes no sense to drop the ball on your high end desktop Mac so thoroughly, and to utterly disappoint your most loyal customers like yours truly. Why do an update at all if you hardly change anything?

Apple Removes YouTube App From iOS 6 Beta 4
Apple has released the latest version of its mobile OS to developers, iOS 6 Beta 4, and it looks like Apple has decided to remove the YouTube App in the latest beta release of iOS 6.
The guys from The Verge have confirmed with Apple that there will be no YouTube App on their iOS devices when iOS 6 is released later this year, and it looks like Google will release their own App through the app store.
Our license to include the YouTube app in iOS has ended, customers can use YouTube in the Safari browser and Google is working on a new YouTube app to be on the App Store.
We wonder if Apple decided not to renew their license for the YouTube app because of the current various court cases between Apple and Android device manufacturers.
